The event offers organizations and/or firms the opportunity to meet potential volunteers, interns, and employers, and allows students to broaden their perspectives on possible legal careers and organizations.

The day will consist of three main events:

  1. Networking Event - 10:00 to 11:30: A morning networking event will take place during which students will have the opportunity to ask questions to practitioners about their career paths and to seek professional advice.
  2. Kiosks - 12:30 to 2:30: Participantswill be provided a table to set up a kiosk and offer hand-outs to students in the main Atrium of the Law Faculty. This portion of the day coincides with the student universal break, a two-hour window where no student has class.
  3. Panel Discussion - 1:30 to 2:30: A panel of speakers will discuss their respective area of practice in the area of public interest law. Each speaker will have 5 minutes to speak and a question and answer period will follow, whereby students can pose questions to attendees.
