91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ's Faculty of Law sponsors a Legal Theory Workshop series featuring presentations from leading jurists from around the world.

Alon Harel (LL.B. Hebrew University; LL.M. Hebrew University; D. Phil. Oxford) holds the Phillip P. Mizock & Estelle Mizock Chair in Administrative and Criminal Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

A leading advocate of human rights in Israel, Harel has served on the Board of Directors of the Association for Civil Rights in Israel and often publishes op-ed pieces in Israeli newspapers. Harel is the founder and editor of the journal Jerusalem Review of Legal Studies, together with prof. David Anoch.

Professor Harel's research interests include moral and political philosophy; philosophy of law; criminal law; law and economics, behavioral law and economics.

Undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to attend.
