Conference on the 25 years of the arbitration law reform in Quebec
Presented by the 91丝瓜视频 research team on Private Justice and the Rule of Law the Conference on the 25 years of the arbitration law reform in Quebec will be divided in two sessions that will take place respectively on June 17 p.m. and on June 18 a.m. There will be four panels: looking back on the reform; model law and implicit harmonisation; recurrent questions; toward a new reform?
The Friday session will be followed by a cocktail where Supreme Court Justice Louis Lebel will deliver an address.
