The "Commercial Arbitration : Principles, Pathways and Pitfalls" lecture is part of the Faculty of Law's Continuing Education Series 2009‐2010 "Think Ahead – Une pensée d’avance" for members of the Barreau du Québec and the Chambre des notaires du Québec. Barreau activity no. 10005692.

Registration will begin on 1 December 2009 at 9:30.

Speakers

The three speakers, Frédéric Bachand, Armand de Mestral and Fabien Gélinas, are full‐time professors at 91˿Ƶ’s Faculty of Law. They teach in the area of arbitration law and have a wide practical experience as advisors, arbiters, appointing authority or expert witnesses.
