Justice Fernando Cesar Teixeira Fran莽a (Federal labour judge from Sao Paulo City, former Brazilian representative at the International Association of Judges - IAJ/UIM, former director of the Brazilian Magistrates Association), and Justice Fernando Cerqueira Norberto (Pernambuco State Court of Appeal and teacher at the Regional Judges School).
