2nd Annual 91丝瓜视频 Law Student Scholarly Paper Workshop
Each semester, Law students write articles on a variety of pressing legal, social, political and economic subjects, running the gamut from international tribunals to try war criminals to cross-boder transations to complex aspects of family law.
Many of these papers receive only a limited audience. Indeed, because papers are usually prepared as a term essay under the supervision of one faculty member, or presented in seminars devoted to a particular substantive area or theoretical approach, students may not experience the richness of wider feedback from a variety of intellectual perspectives.
This year, two sets of concurrent panels will cover the subjects of Post-Colonialism, International Human Rights, Private Law, and Gender.
