FREE Smoking Cessation Program
Knowledge and support for smokers who want to quit.
The Smoking Cessation Program is held on a monthly basis, 2 classes per week for 4 weeks.
New classes offered in:
- French starting January 5, 2011 at 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
- English starting January 6, 2011 at 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm or 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

Follow-up maintenance support classes and nutritional counseling are offered to program graduates.
- Weekly maintenance classes every Monday afternoon from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
- Get expert advice from our nutritionist. Please call for the next session date.
